NYSERDA Makes $15 Million Available for Building Electrification Innovation
Deadline: July 23, 2026
NYSERDA is investing $15 million in technologies that improve energy efficiency, electrification, and load management in existing residential and commercial buildings. Eligible applicants include researchers, manufacturers, educational institutions, building owners, and industry associations.

Offshore Wind Innovation Hub Innovator Program

Applications are now open for the 2026 Offshore Wind Innovation Hub Innovator Program.
The non-dilutive program supports startups developing technologies for offshore wind, maritime, ocean, and adjacent industrial sectors through mentorship, industry introductions, pilot opportunities, and innovation grants.

FuzeHub’s 10th Annual New York State Commercialization Competition is awarding $420,000 to companies demonstrating strong commercialization potential.
Finalists will compete in person October 27–28 during the New York State Innovation Summit in Buffalo, NY.
Funding includes:

Runner-Up Prize: $100,000
Two Additional Awards: $85,000 each

Artemis Technologies Launches World’s First Fully Electric Hydrofoil Pilot Boat
Scale For ClimateTech alum Artemis Technologies recently launched the Artemis EF-12 Pilot, the world’s first fully electric hydrofoil pilot boat. Designed specifically for pilot transfer operations, the vessel combines zero-emission propulsion with advanced hydrofoil technology that reduces drag, lowers energy consumption, and improves ride stability. The launch marks another major milestone in the company’s mission to decarbonize maritime transportation. Current customers -e include operators in Belgium, Sweden, Abu Dhabi, and the United Kingdom.

FLUIX AI Announces Results from Autonomous AI Cooling Deployment
Venture For ClimateTech alum FLUIX AI announced successful results from the deployment of its autonomous cooling platform, A.I.M.I.®, at a live production data center in Tennessee. The project achieved a 6.6% improvement in Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and demonstrated the potential for AI-driven cooling optimization to reduce energy waste and unlock additional computing capacity.
