Before co-founding Utelias, a Think Tank for Private Equity investors, and South View Studio, a strategic and creative brand-building firm, Françoise led Tesla’s expansion in Latin America and the southeast United States in her role as GM.
From strategy to sales, policy, operations, and communications, she managed the building blocks of the business introducing Model X, Model 3, and energy products in her markets. Françoise also brings over 25 years of experience scaling businesses and developing brands across the technology, automotive, energy, and retail sectors. She has led multicultural teams in various international roles at L’Oréal, Louis Vuitton, Walmart and currently advises brands, retailers, and PE/VC funds on strategy, sustainability, mobility, and operations.
Françoise is a Business graduate of McGill University and holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from HEC. She is a board advisor to Endeavor, AT&T, CiBanco, Troquer, Solfium, Secure Witness and is an angel investor in start-ups.
